A Chinese delegation visited United Medical & Dental College and Creek General Hospital on Tuesday, 31st May, 2022. They were accompanied by Mr. Khalid Amin, CEO, and a Chinese interpreter and teacher at Indus University, Karachi.
The Chinese delegation was shown all the facilities and departments at United Medical & Dental College including Library, Museums, Skills Lab, Computer Laboratory, Gymnasium, Lecture Halls, and Auditorium. They were highly impressed and appreciated the teaching equipment and the latest techniques of teaching techniques at United Medical & Dental College.
They were also shown different departments of Creek General Hospital (an affiliate and teaching Hospital of United Medical & Dental College), including Emergency, Radiology, Clinical Laboratory, OPDs, Operation Theater, Medical & Surgical ICU, General Wards, COVID-19 Vaccination Center, and Dialysis Unit. They showed keen interest in a computerized Medical record-keeping system and appreciated providing quality medical facilities to the patients.
